Launch your career as a Production Operator at Canadian Solar's Mesquite, Texas manufacturing facility — the company's first US manufacturing plant. In this role, you will assemble next-generation TOPCon solar PV modules using advanced equipment, operate production machinery, and perform quality checks to support an output of up to 20,000 solar panels per day. You'll be part of a 1,500-person team building clean energy technology right here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, powering homes and businesses across America.
As a Process Engineer at Canadian Solar's Mesquite facility, you will be responsible for daily process maintenance, new product development, new process introduction, and system integration of equipment to support mass production and improve process capability for photovoltaic module assembly. You'll apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to help Canadian Solar achieve its mission of making lives better by bringing solar electricity to millions of people worldwide.
